When you want to talk or send an e-mail to VOIPCHEAP, it is impossible, I have checked there whole web sight an found no way to contact them. I would suggest you check this out before putting any money in your account. FUTHER I have found problems with signing on to my account with another computer. I sent in and received my sign-in name and pin#, which were the same as the ones I was using. The biggest problem is not being able to contact anyone. IT MAKES YOU WONDER WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IS THIS????
